Safety is a focus from ownership through the worker on the ladder with daily toolbox talks, weekly discussions with foremen to alert the central office of current site activities and concerns (especially from interacting with other trades and the issues they may be encountering) and monthly virtual OSHA compliant safety meetings with quizzes.
Furthermore, the company reviews near misses (anonymously collected via JET – future) and incidents and provides its employees and management with BST (behavioral science technology) techniques for maintaining a culture of safety while alerting employees to recent trends and possible problem areas.
